Chad Matthews has served as our Head of Procurement since February, 2022.  Mr. Matthews has over 15 years of experience in supply chain roles with over 10 years of experience directly in procurement.   He specializes in building teams, establishing processes, leading process improvements, and developing procurement strategies.  Mr. Matthews has extensive knowledge of various facets of both domestic and global supply chain and logistics.

With a strong background in strategic sourcing and vendor management, Mr. Matthews ensures seamless procurement operations.  His commitment to efficiency and cost-effectiveness has played a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain.  Adept at negotiating favorable contracts and purchases, Mr. Matthews consistently drives value and fosters strong supplier relationships.  His leadership strengthens our commitment to efficient operations, positioning our company as a leader in procurement excellence.

Mr. Matthews received both his Master of Business Administration and his Bachelor of Arts degrees from California University of Pennsylvania.
